These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sunrise Specialty Partners website and services. By submitting a quote request or otherwise using our site, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are straightforward.
Sunrise Specialty Partners is a matching service. We connect Bay Area office managers with vetted commercial cleaning providers. We are not a cleaning company ourselves, and we are not a party to any cleaning service agreement you enter into with a provider.
Requesting a quote through Sunrise Specialty Partners is completely free. We are compensated by providers in our network when a match results in a contract. This does not affect the objectivity of our matching process or the pricing you receive.
By submitting a quote request, you authorize us to share your contact information with relevant cleaning providers in our network for the purpose of preparing and delivering proposals. You may receive calls or emails from us or from matched providers regarding your request.
Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to enter any contract or commit to any service.
All cleaning providers in our network are independent businesses. Sunrise Specialty Partners does not employ cleaning staff, supervise cleaning services, or guarantee the performance of any provider. Any service agreement is between you and the provider directly.
We vet providers before they join our network, but we cannot guarantee outcomes. If you have a concern about a provider, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a quote request. Providing false or misleading information may result in irrelevant proposals or delays in matching.
Sunrise Specialty Partners is not liable for any damages arising from cleaning services performed by providers in our network, disputes between you and a provider, or any inaccuracies in provider proposals. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will always post the most current version here with an updated date.
